CC Mia Sizes 6mo-6 Pattern

Mia is a little girl’s dress with a curved yoke and a gently gathered skirt with a ruffle. The lined front yoke has a box pleat on the center front and can be embellished with three decorative buttons. The sleeve can be finished as a puffed sleeve with a bias band, or as an angel sleeve with a narrow hem or optional Swiss or lace edging. Mia has an easy-to-make back placket.
