What Shipping Methods Are Available?

When ordering from Ultimate Sewing and Vac, products will be shipped via USPS priority mail.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We strive to get your packages out as soon as we get your order. Shipped packages could range from two (2) days up to a week depending on location.

What Happens If I Lose My Order Number?

Give us a call at our special number for orders (732) – 305 – 2369 and we can help you over the phone. If your information is in our system, we will be able to provide it for you. If information is unavailable, we apologize for any inconvenience and we will be happy to refund 10% of your total order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Unfortunately Ultimate Sewing and Vac does not ship internationally at the moment. The only places we ship to are within the United Stated of America.

How Do I Track My Package?

You can track your packages via our Order Tracking page. Simply click the link here or within the navigation at the top and fill out the two field form to track your packages.

What is your return policy?

Small items ONLY are returnable no later than 30 days after receiving your package. Partial and full returns are no longer eligible for return after 30 days. If an item or package meets these requirements, a restocking fee will be applied when considering the return of your items/package. All restocking fee charges vary based on total of order. (Items not eligible for return include tables, motors, and sewing machines)

Why Am I Unable To Place An Order?

If you tried to place an order but receive an error, odds are we are having technical difficulties or it was just a glitch in the system. Try re-ordering and see what happens. If your order goes through, it was just a glitch. If you are still unable to order, we are having technical difficulties. Please give us a call and we will be glad to take your order over the phone.

Do I Need An Account To Order?

No you do not need an account to order from us. An account just gives you social media sharing, along with a wishlist and a save for later option in your cart.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Ultimate Sewing and Vac accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and Bitcoin.

What Happens When I Submit My Information?

When information such as credit cards and addresses are submitted, we get them in our administrative panel where we look over the information to send the physical product to you. When we see that we have your order in stock, we submit the funds, print a label and send out your package. We do not see your credit card information. This information is sent to our bank which handles the charges when we complete an order. The same applies for PayPal. Bitcoin on the other hand just sends us the money directly into our account. This is the most secure payment method as there is no information sent to any third party for confirmation.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Most websites have an “https” instead of “http”. The “S” simply adds an extra layer of security known as a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Security Lock (SSL) IconTo find out if a website is secure, first look in your URL bar and see if the link is an “http” or “https”. Finally, look to the left in most web browsers and you will see a green lock. If you see a green lock, the website is secure. All browsers have this icon. Additionally, Google Chrome will say “Secure” to the right of the icon.

Can I resubmit My Order Details If I Provided The Wrong Information?

If a credit card or vital information was wrongly provided, you will need to give us a call so we can alter your order for you. We are currently in the process of adding this feature into our system so you won’t have to call.
